About the £200 setup fee
It's a one-off charge covering the design and build of your site before it goes live, and it is the only upfront cost there is. A comparable site built by an agency typically runs into the thousands, paid before you've seen anything.
Pay 12 months upfront and we'll waive it. Either way you get the free preview first, so you'll know exactly what you're buying before any money changes hands.

Is there a minimum contract?
No. Give us 30 days' notice whenever you like. If you've paid 12 months upfront to waive the setup fee, that year is what you've bought — but there's no rolling lock-in after it.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your domain and your content are yours and come with you. The build and hosting are part of the subscription, so the site itself comes down. We'll say that plainly now rather than let it be a shock later.
Will the price go up?
Not without at least 30 days' written notice. Since cancelling also only needs 30 days' notice, you are never stuck with an increase you did not agree to — you always have a full month to decide.
Do I pay extra for the domain?
If you own one already, connecting it is free. A new domain is usually £10–£15 a year paid directly to the registrar in your name — we'd rather you own it outright than rent it from us.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
We'll tell you honestly whether it's cheaper to move up a plan or to quote the work as a one-off. We're not going to quietly bill you for going over.
