Most web design starts with an invoice and a lot of hoping. We'd rather show you the thing first. Here's exactly how it goes, and what we need from you at each stage.
Tell us about your business
A short form or a ten-minute phone call. What you do, where you do it, who your customers are, and what you want the site to achieve — more bookings, fewer time-wasting phone calls, or just looking credible.
We build you a preview
Usually ready within a few working days. It's a real, working website with your business in it, on a private link — not a mock-up or a slide. Free, and with no obligation whatsoever.
You review it, we adjust
Look at it on your phone. Show your staff. Sleep on it. Then tell us what to change — wording, colours, photos, sections, the lot. We keep adjusting until you're happy.
We launch and look after it
We connect your domain, put it live, and it becomes ours to maintain. From then on, every change you need is a message to us. Typically a day or two from approval to live.
Your part
What we need from you.
Honestly, not much — and the bit that usually holds things up is photos. All in, expect to spend about twenty minutes.
The basics
- Business name, phone number and email
- Address, or the areas you cover if you travel to customers
- Opening hours
- Your list of services, and prices if you show them publicly
Photos, if you have them
Real photos of your premises, your team and your work beat anything else, and they're the single biggest difference between a site that looks like yours and one that looks like everyone's. Phone photos are fine. If you haven't got any, we'll work around it and tell you what's worth photographing when you get a chance.
Your logo, if you have one
Any format you've got. If you don't have one, that's not a blocker — we'll set your business name in something clean and it'll look deliberate rather than missing.
What you don't need to do
You don't need to write anything. We'll draft the words and you tell us what's wrong with them — correcting a draft is far easier than facing a blank page, and it's how nearly everyone prefers to work.

What happens once you're live.
We keep it running
Backups, security updates and SSL renewal happen in the background. You'll mostly never hear about it, which is the point.
You get a monthly summary
On Standard and above, one page a month telling you what the site actually did: visits, calls, direction taps, enquiries. So you're never guessing whether it's earning its keep.
